At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of quality craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package to ensure faster processing.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shoe box or shipping container and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
